This is the greatest upgrade from a regular kitchen scale that you will be able to find. It has so many applications in cooking and baking simple and complex dishes. It is very intuitive to use and has an ergonomic shape that is very user friendly.
I didn't believe it could measure from liquid to dry, so I measured everything out in cups and spoons. To my amazement it was perfectly accurate! I love this. It was one of the best gifts my husband ever bought me❤️ I highly recommend this!!!
I love this scale for it's simplicity. You can measure in all different types of modes - I used ounces. You can set a tare weight and start weighing! I intend on using this scale to measure out the ingredients for sourdough bread.
